Does converting a 64 kbps mp3 file to a 128 kbps mp3 file improves the audio quality?
Hi all,
i download an audio file in mp3 format (64kbps) from a website, and i convert it to mp3 format (128kbps).
However, though the filesize is indeed doubled, i do not notice any change in audio quality when i compare them. So i would like to know whether an audio file can really be upgraded in quality. Or must i directly rip from CD if i want a good quality file? Sad…=(

First of all Computer uses mathematics and Physics in everything. And according to physics and mathematics you cannot increase the accuracy or quality of anything after making a bad quality product. The only way is to produce a good quality product.
Thus to get a good quality sound you must rip it from audio CD or get it from someone else.
Try first resizing an image to smaller size ;saving it ; and then again resizing the image to larger size.
