.MP3 to .M4R converter ? help !?

anyone know how to convert .MP3 to .M4R ? If it need software, tell me what the name or the link to download. I need it to make an iPhone 3G ringtone.

You may try at iToolSoft Audio Converter. It works well for so long a time. I always make ringtone for my iPhone 3G with it. you may also share your experience with me by mailto ristom2009@gmail.com.
