Is Mp3 Arena Legal

Legal or Illegal – MP3′s?

I am trying to download mp3s to my PS3 and found a website called www.mp3fusion.net or mp3 arena. Ive downloaded a couple already. I am wondering if it is illegal to download it for free. (everything on the site is free) and what are the consequences? (im 15 years old if that changes anything)
