i asked a question like this b4, sorry if i didn’t make it clear enough. I don’t have enough money for iTunes, and I don’t want to use Limewire. But for this website, you have to pay 10 or 20 cents per song, based on how popular it is. I need to know if it’s legal or not. Please help…….
i’ve never used that site but their legal page does say that their company:
“executes license payments for all compositions downloaded from the site subject to International Copyright Law. All materials may be downloaded for private use only and should not be used for subsequent distribution or broadcasting. Responsibility for improper use of such materials is regulated by legal norms of the Clients country”
so it appears they are legit.
