How to upload garage band music onto myspace!!?

I have already tried export to Itunes, but that didnt work.. I tried going to iTunes and preferences, then advanced, import, and set it to MP3 then exporting my garage band song again.. But it still is remaining in .aiff and not changing to MP3. Can anyone help me?!??!!?!?
