audio conversion program?
hi i need a program that will covert some mp3 files into mp3′s with a lower bitrate i.e. convert a 320kbps >> 64 kbps
in case your wondering, i need the mp3s at a lower bitrate for streaming off a website. so i want the bitrate as low as poss without loosing too much quality, but im going to be the only person listening to the music, so its not a prob having a low quality file to listen to, its just slow internet.
also, i know i could burn the mp3′s to a cd and rip the off it at a lower bitrate, but i really cannot be asked to burn 20 cds and rip them again.
so best program for doing this? preferably freeware
