- Encode the sample with the medium-compression bit rate you have chosen. Save the MP3 recording you have created.

how do you capture the 30second sample? & how do you encode the sample with the low/medium/high bit rate? & how do i save it?
you could cut each sample and paste it into a single file in which you join the three low/medium/ high samples.
