What is the best way to rip vinyl to MP3/WAV format?
So, I have finally taken the plunge and purchased CDJs. The only problem is, I play tracks from several labels that don’t release digitally yet.
I would like to rip part of my vinyl collection to MP3s, but I’m not sure exactly what the best way to do this is.
I have Technics SL1210-MK2s, and a Rane TTM 57SL mixer, and a Mac running OSX.
Can anyone walk me through the best way to rip vinyl to my computer while losing the least amount of quality?

I’m still trying to figure that out myself; I’m more interested in ripping cassettes than vinyl, but most of the equipment out there will do both.
The one thing to know is – *stay away from the Ion U-Record MixMeister.* Flee. I set it up exactly as instructed and it didn’t work (it recorded my conversations instead of the sound coming from the cassette player), and when I tried to go to their website for technical support, it appeared that they don’t believe people with Macs use their equipment.
