where can i download a converter for mp3 files to MIDI files? preferably online?
MP3 files are compressed audio files, that is, the actual sound in digital form.
MIDI files are instructions to a MIDI player to play certain notes on a particular instrument.
To convert from MP3 to MIDI means a program has to figure out what notes are playing when and what instrument is playing them. Quite a tricky thing to do. The result is likely to be a bit of a mess.
