convert mp3 to m4r for iphone?
hi i have a new iphone 3GS and i know that you cant just use a song for a ringtone on the phone and ive looked it up on the net how to do it and i got this:
-go to itunes right click on the song, select get info
-select the options tab
- change the start adn finish time of the song, select ok
-right click again on the song and select convert to aac
thats where i get sstuck.
i have a mac computer and the latest version of itunes and when i right click on the song it doesnt say convert to aac. ive tried everything i dont know how to do it plllleeeeeeeease helpppp meeeeeeee im sick of the default ringtone on the iphoneee.

I have a PC, but it should be similar.
1) Edit > Preferences…
2) There should be a button for Import Settings… click that.
3) Select the option for import using AAC Encoder.
4) Click okay.
If you don’t see the Convert option on the right click menu, you can also find it in the Advanced menu.
