problem turning a song into a ringtone (mobile17.com and itunes)?
so, i downloaded a bunch of songs on itunes and i wanted to turn one into a ringtone (“Something” by Jim Sturgess [Across the Universe soundtrack] from itunes). so my cousin told me to go online to mobile17.com cause there you can turn songs into ringtones for free (it worked for him).
however, when i went online and filled out the thing to make the ringtone, it went to a page that said that it was the wrong type of file and they only accept mp3s and other things…but my itunes song was an mp3!!!!!!!
it also said that you couldn’t make it into a ringtone because it is a protected song 
is there a way to unprotect it?? how can i fix this to make it into a ringtone?? why is it saying that it isn’t an mp3 when it is??

well for starters dont use itunes mp3 they wont work just get an mp3 off the net and put it on ur fone .. some fones dont let you have an mp3 has a ringtone .. but they will def let amr and wave music files to be a ringtone tell me what fone you have i help you out
