Trying to convert windows audio file to mp3?
My father recorded his own ringtone but I need help with converting it to any mp3 file. Also, where do I go from there? Is the some ringtone-making software (preferrably free) that does a decent job making a ringtone? I downloaded Audacity but I can’t seem to get it to do anything. I appreciate any help, thanks guys.
