Hi friends Please Help me?

Hi friends I bought the MP3 WMA WIRELESS FM MODULATOR But i dont to connect it, as per the manual I did select the same frequancy in my car and the Divice But it is not playing? In my usb the mp3 files are in a folder not outside It is a problem? Also in my car i have only Fm set with normal audio casset player not CD, So please advice me clearly……….
