i just installed ubuntu 9.04 ..in my dell laptop when i try to open an mp3 song it’s giving me an error saying?
its saying an error message”MPEG 1layer-3 mp3decoder pluging not found please give the direct link to play my songs…….
To enable multimedia playback you need to install Restricted Formats

Open a Terminal and submit the following command
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
